Meet Denise

Since 2013, Denise Bremer has been helping clients buy and sell homes throughout Incline Village, Crystal Bay, North Tahoe, Truckee, Reno, and Carson Valley. Known for her organization, attention to detail, and genuine care for clients, she has built a reputation as a trusted advisor in both primary and second-home markets.

Her leadership reflects her dedication to both her industry and her community. Denise has served on the Board of Directors for Incline Village Realtors since 2020 and was elected President in 2024. She also joined the North Lake Tahoe Fire Protection District Board in 2017 and continues to serve proudly, in addition to her role as President of the Resort Alliance in 2026.

Denise’s path to real estate is uniquely grounded in service and resilience. After earning her business degree from St. Norbert College, she spent 10 years as a firefighter and lieutenant in Wisconsin, where she developed calm-under-pressure decision-making and strong communication skills. She later founded and ran a successful luxury property management company before transitioning into real estate with Sierra Sotheby’s International Realty.

Beyond her real estate career, Denise remains an active part of the community. She volunteers with Sierra Community House Hunger Relief Program, Nevada Nordic, and Tahoe Mountain Bike Girls, and has been an instructor at the Incline Village Recreation Center since 2014. She also embraces Tahoe’s outdoor lifestyle year-round, enjoying skiing, biking, hiking, and snowshoeing with family and friends.
