Meet Denise

Organized, detail-oriented, trustworthy, and generous, Denise Bremer has carved out a niche for herself since 2013 in the Incline Village and Crystal Bay areas. Her dedication and sense of devotion to her clients and community helped her earn a spot on the Board of Directors for the Incline Village REALTORS®.

Before relocating to Lake Tahoe, Denise graduated from St. Norbert College with her business degree. She worked as a firefighter and lieutenant on Wisconsin’s Sister Bay Liberty Grove Fire Department for 10 years. There, she fostered valuable team-building and communication skills that created a crucial foundation for her eventual real estate career. Serving as a firefighter, Denise learned how to stay calm under pressure and empathize with her clients.

While still living in Wisconsin, Denise built a successful luxury property management company. Utilizing her experience in the field, Denise started her career as a licensed NAR Member at Sierra Sotheby’s International Realty in 2013.

Honoring each client with integrity, commitment, and top-tier customer service, Denise has excelled as a transaction and marketing coordinator on several teams over the many years of her prosperous career as an agent. She values the connections she makes to her clients and looks forward to tackling each new and exciting opportunity with gusto, utilizing her decades of experience and market expertise to ensure that every deal goes smoothly.

Denise is a dedicated member of the community, regularly volunteering at the Sierra Community House Hunger Relief Program and the American Red Cross. She also maintains her connections to her firefighting past by sitting on the Board of Directors for the North Lake Tahoe Fire Protection District.

Outside of work, Denise enjoys spending time with her support system of friends and family. She also maintains an active lifestyle thanks to the fantastic year-round outdoor activities in Lake Tahoe, such as skiing and snowshoeing in the winter and biking, paddle boarding, swimming, and hiking during the summer months.
